Abstract: Abstract Klingeling GmbH is a telecommunications company offering diverse services in the fields of the Internet; telephony; mobile networks; TV; system solutions for business customers and data centre services in the regional segment. With one million customers and over one billion euros turnover profitability has, after wonderful years, declined significantly in the last 18 months and recently even slid into the red. The forecast for the financial year which is coming to a close even goes so far as to assume a negative EBIT of 2 %.
