Chapter 6 in Enterprise Governance, 2014, pp 259-265 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Increasingly, organisations are specialising in their core competences and using strategic partners to provide the end to end delivery of products and services to their customers. These strategic partners could be local and increasingly global. Sometimes strategic partners are used to share common assets and resources and make use of shared service centres. Others are through some form of venture, such as joint ventures.
