Martin Hofmann ()
Chapter 2 in A Holistic Approach to Process Optimisation, 2021, pp 15-28 from Springer
Abstract:
Summary In order to anchor a sustainable improvement culture, the corresponding prerequisites and framework conditions must be established in advance. The framework conditions include cooperative management, standardised processes and the involvement of employees in decision-making processes. This is the necessary basis for the emergence of an improvement culture in the company, which is indispensable as a basis for the continuous development of work processes. In addition, the necessary know-how and the corresponding structures for the handling of improvement projects must be established.
