Abstract: Abstract This chapter shows which informational foundations need to be gained in advance of the analysis of a digital business performance and which tools can be used for this purpose. In addition, the importance of storytelling in order to take the entire organization along on the journey of digital transformation is made clear. Finally, an innovative concept for analyzing digital business performance is presented and explained in detail so that every company can use this analysis independently.
