Chapter 3 in Toolbox Digital Business, 2022, pp 121-497 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The following eight chapters show in detail the steps a company can take to achieve digital excellence. This process starts with the development of visions, objectives, and strategies for the digital age. Concepts for the development and evaluation of business models are then presented. This is followed by ideas for digitizing the value chain. Subsequently, it is explained how the IT infrastructure and the data basis must be designed and which fields of application artificial intelligence offers.
