Abstract: Abstract When the new service or product has been rolled out, the project organisation must be dissolved. This includes recognising what has been achieved, and learning any lessons from the project. The best way to do this is to review the project jointly with the project owner and the user once the solution has been in use for an agreed time. After completion of the project, the utilisation phase begins. Experience is gained at this stage which can be used to improve the existing solution, and which can be fed into the design of similar systems in the future.
