Chapter 5 in SAP on the Cloud, 2016, pp 121-138 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The old advice “never touch a running system” can’t be followed anymore in cloud environments built with the intention to enable fast change. Practical experience shows that insufficiently prepared changes are the main cause of malfunction. Therefore, change management has particular significance as a central quality assurance instrument in the context of cloud management.
