Abstract:
Abstract This chapter is about the importance of Communication for a good PM. “Soft” issues such as project leadership and team working are also considered. The definitions of the various responsibilities inside a project are faced, based on the RACI matrix standard. A focus is also on the management of meetings and the project reporting. Conflict management closes the chapter.
