Abstract:
Abstract This chapter starts out with the concept of a narrative management: an attitude which is essential in order to apply narrative methods such as storytelling. Afterwards, the background of the learning history method, its development, and different uses are explained. Also a short definition of the storytelling method is given. We also offer a brief overview over the different phases of narrative management in order to obtain a first impression on the application areas of the storytelling method.
