Abstract:
Abstract During the last two decades learning histories have become more and more popular as a new approach to change and knowledge management in companies. At the same time, very interesting research projects have been conducted at universities in employing learning histories. In this chapter Rik Peters, who works as an Associate Professor at the Department of History at Groningen, gives an interview about the use of learning histories in scientific projects where he reports about the main differences in applications to companies and how future developments and applications may look like.
