Abstract: Abstract A narratively competent organization knows the stories that are being told about it and acknowledges the significance of narrative structures for its identity, sense of meaning, values, knowledge, and forms of communication. Narratively competent organizations thus achieve a state of resonance with themselves and their environment. This is the prerequisite for becoming an agile, transformative, and sustainable organization.
