Abstract: Abstract In this chapter, we get involved with the sense of status and see how superyacht players and Björn Borg keep their personas motivated. We select the right influencers for each Montblanc persona. The future of work becomes real with HoloLens, and we see how neurosciences allow new training, collaboration, and career management approaches.
