Chapter Chapter 2 in Effective Strategy Execution, 2024, pp 37-67 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In a dynamic environment management needs to have a recipe for how to deal with the challenges of complexity and speed, creating an organization which swiftly recognizes changes, learns how to deal with them, adjusts the strategy, and is agile enough to implement and execute this strategy. In order to survive and to create a competitive advantage the key task for management is to create a more agile, adaptable, flexible, learning organization than the competition. This chapter also describes how to align employees and external actors to work towards achieving the strategic objectives.
