Abstract: Abstract Triability of an innovation and the observability of the results reduce the uncertainty for potential adopters. The case studies in this chapter using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI should allow readers to find out if the innovation of business intelligence fulfills their expectations and if they can benefit from it.
