Abstract:
Abstract This chapter aggregates the learning from the entire journey that the book has traversed. It describes the potential utility of the key conceptual models, frameworks and tools presented in the book. It analyzes the key results and inference from the in-depth research undertaken. It elucidates the utility of the diagnostic tools in the context of a few of the participant organizations also synthesizes important patterns that emerge by transposing some interesting results. It dwells on the counter-intuitive results produced by the research and explains the implications. In summary, it presents a blue-print for VOs to manage themselves better through a smarter understanding of their organizations with the aid of some simple diagnostic models presented in this book.
