Abstract: Abstract In Chap. 1 I discussed why the current project model is broken, and that the over-emphasis on projects and project management is not helping deliver great outcomes for organisations. In this chapter we’ll look at portfolios and governance and, portfolio governance, with a focus on the its importance and role in assuring investment success.
