Abstract:
Abstract After operating for a time, the follow-up system, which was independently designed and developed by the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University (AHJU), was upgraded. A “Smart Brain” was installed—a programmable phone box that supports automatic dialing and intelligent speech synthesis and recognition. It improves the efficiency of follow-up work and effectively reduces the workload of the staff. After the emergence of COVID-19, the follow-up system began using cloud storage for data repository and sharing. It provides technical support for deep mining and analysis of medical big data. The intelligent follow-up system data analysis provides an auxiliary decision-making function for hospital service management.
