Abstract: Abstract The forecasts of product reliability and warranty cost is a continuous operation. It shall discover potential issues and apply improvement through continuous analysis and understanding, and it shall even more review the implementation and strategy of the overall warranty plan. The purpose of operation improvement is to find a solution that takes into account the external factors of the warranty service and the management indicators of the internal operation of the company. It should ensure the reasonableness of the warranty costs and shall benefit the promotion of the warranty plans.
