Abstract The chapter illustrates the influence of motivation, work culture, behavioural issues, generational differences, and working styles with focus on delegation, cohesion, and how to overcome negative group behaviours and conflicts. It presents relationship between management and leadership, and leadership role to cultivate useful team relations and to establish trust among the team members.
