Abstract: Abstract This chapter presents an interview with Makoto Kigawa, President of Yamato Holdings, conducted by a team from NUS Business School. In the interview, Mr Kigawa talked about his perception of urban logistics of Asia, Yamato’s approach to handle environmental issues and CSR, challenges faced by Yamato and his vision for the group and his overseas strategy.
