Abstract: Abstract Yamato Group is best known for its flagship service: TA-Q-BIN, which targets at consumer market. In recent years, however, Yamato is quietly yet aggressively transforming the B2B delivery market in Japan. Yamato’s peerless efficiency in last-mile delivery, supported by its ubiquitous network, makes it an ideal choice for businesses who seek consistent, speedy, and high-quality logistics services. This chapter explores Yamato’s service innovations in both the upstream and the downstream Business-to-Business (B2B) delivery landscape with two cases.
