Chapter Chapter 3 in Strategic Management and Organizational Development, 2025, pp 25-33 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Genetic bias is not only applicable to biological evolution but can also be used in business strategy. Companies can achieve market breakthroughs and additional growth by aligning with high-growth industry trends. For example, smartphones capitalized on the widespread use of mobile phones, and the influencer economy arose with social media. In the future, emerging technologies like AI large models will become the next big opportunity, and businesses need to identify core growth points, find “riding the coattails” opportunities, and proactively create market demand to gain long-term advantages and sustainable development in the competitive landscape.
