Abstract This chapter introduces the core concepts of agile management and its advantages in complex environments. Agile management, through short-cycle iterations, quick feedback, and incremental delivery, can flexibly respond to uncertainty and change, making it suitable for fields like software development and manufacturing. Additionally, the chapter explores the application of agile management in personal life, such as cooking or exam preparation. It emphasizes setting small goals and receiving regular feedback to optimize processes, adjust strategies flexibly, improve efficiency, and achieve the best results in a complex environment.
