A chapter in Innovation of Digital Economy, 2023, pp 143-151 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract E-commerce of agricultural products is the earliest application of digital agriculture. In 2007, L County opened its first Taobao store. In the past 15 years, L County has developed into a nationally famous rural e-commerce demonstration county, forming a nationally famous nut e-commerce industry cluster, and driving the local economic development through the nut e-commerce industry. In this process, it also encountered the problems of coordinated development with the environment and industrial upgrading and transformation. Through the long-term follow-up investigation of local governments, enterprises and farmers, it is found that the digital application of pecan industry in L County can be divided into three stages, which has a positive and negative impact on economic development, ecological environment and social governance. So how to realize the sustainable development of rural e-commerce with the help of digital agriculture?
