Abstract: Abstract Internet forum is a platform in which its members exchange views and acquire knowledge through dialogue. The interested person has the opportunity to visit the forum of the field that concerns him, in order to exchange views and gain knowledge.By using the forum, businesses benefit greatly. In this way, they promote their products and/or services through social marketing. The users are able to provide documented opinions about the products and if these are positive, then visitors of the forum are encouraged toward their market.
