Abstract: Abstract It is important to investigate how managers and employees can build customer relationship management, well known as CRM, with their clients in the tourism sector through the use of social media which is the aim of this research. The research has concluded that an important insight for the Greek companies operating in the tourist sector so to link the CRM with social media so to use the social media as a point where the tourist company can retrieve important information. The research has revealed that there is a lack of research on this field. For this reason it is recommended that a future research will evaluate the best practices used.
