Abstract: Abstract This study suggests an alternative method to mall managers and investors that might be helpful to find an ideal tenant mix. Paths of 700 customers in a super-regional shopping mall were determined and their interactions were analyzed by using network analysis techniques. Interaction patterns of the visitors among stores according to the frequency of visits and educational levels were compared. The findings highlight emergence of different patterns between groups.
