Abstract: Abstract Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become an important factor for the development of organizations and companies at all levels, as it encompasses actions in various areas and highlights the importance of aligning decisions with human resources and the social environment. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between CSR and organizational attractiveness, which pertains to the level of appeal a company holds for its employees as well as job seekers. The research was conducted using a quantitative method and convenience sampling, involving 121 individuals 22 years and older, who are currently or have previously been employed by companies in Greece. Participants responded to questionnaires consisting of closed-ended questions, where they selected their answers using a seven-point scale. The collected data were then analyzed using the SPSS software. The research results revealed a significant correlation between CSR and organizational attractiveness, with corresponding implications for employee organizational commitment. The results have important implications for Human Resource managers and organizational strategists, as well as academics of the field. After all, human resources and talent management claims that CSR is a regulatory factor in talent management, this is because CSR gives every company the opportunity to use challenges and values in order to create and organize more targeted and better quality programs to engage talented workers and seem worthy of his expectations.
