Abstract: Abstract This chapter deals with the long-time problem of the individual approach to teaching researchers and has many creative solutions. With the advent of the era of e-learning, this problem is even trickier, since we are dealing with the primacy of electronic systems. This article discusses the problems of the use of individual learning styles in e-learning. It describes existing approaches and analyzes their strengths and weaknesses.
