A chapter in Strategic Innovative Marketing, 2017, pp 399-404 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In this research the question that will occupy us is the development of new ideas for IT products, through the social media. Thanks to the social media, every business can interact with its public, thus with its collaborators. One of the most important forms that appear is the Facebook. The Facebook pages present the possibilities with which the development of new ideas can be achieved, as they give the opportunity to the businesses to proceed to the analog environment and thereby to emerge. The development, however, of those ideas in order to bring the desired results is distinguished in certain phases, which must also be satisfied. These phases–steps will be analyzed in the continuation of our study.
