Abstract: Abstract This paper represents implementation details of Outstanding Engineer Education Plan for School of Information and Software Engineering at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. Particularly, quality assurance measures of the plan are discussed. The problems met in the first 3 year practice of the plan are analyzed and countermeasures are proposed.
