Abstract:
Abstract Timothy Grahl and Yoni Arrieta did the research for this case which was written under the direction of Alan L. Carsrud and Malin Brännback. This case looks at the transition that occurs when a family trade is turned into a family business. In this case there are disputes among generations in the family as well as nonfamily employees in running the firm.
