Abstract: Abstract While not as deeply rooted in the Psyche as the forces that were analyzed in Chap. 2 , others have just as important a bearing on the arguments/claims that have been advanced in support of not getting vaccinated for Covid 19. They’re most readily seen in terms of their impact on other important issues. Thus, this chapter uses the Myers-Briggs Personality Typology (MBPTI) to analyze the arguments in favor of more traditional notions of Infrastructure, such as Highways and Bridges, versus nontraditional notions such as Greater Access to Broadband, Free Community College, Expanded Child-Care, PreK, etc. It’s the difference between Infrastructure conceived primarily in Physical versus broader Human/Social terms.
