Abstract:
Abstract The concept of Industry 4.0 also known as the Fourth Industrial Revolution identifies the new industrial revolution. The label Industry 4.0 was created in 2011, and since then the phenomenon has generated an impressive amount of interest regarding its meaning in the academic sphere (Liao et al. 2017; Culot et al. 2020). However, the definition of the Industry 4.0 label is still an open question for many governments.
