Chapter Chapter 3 in Working Environment and Digital Transformation, 2023, pp 53-75 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Work plays a critical role for people, organizations, industries as well as for the society as a whole. In our digital era, as in the past, the attention on the work setting is significant. However, as seen previously in this book, new features emerge that require a deeper focus to better understand the state of art of the new work setting model.
