Chapter Chapter 6 in The MERge Model for Business Development, 2016, pp 23-28 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter presents the MERge model in the context of two managerial roles in the industry: team or project leaders, whose role is directly profit oriented, and managers of the organization’s corporate social responsibility activities, whose role is indirectly profit oriented. These two roles enable to illustrate the kind of thinking that the model inspires in their accomplishment as well as the model’s range of relevance and applicability. In addition, we analyze the agile management approach from the model perspective.
