Chapter Chapter 3 in Hormones, Talent, and Career, 2012, pp 35-51 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In this chapter, we analyze job fit from a physiological perspective. The ideal jobs (Fig. 3.1), as well as the career paths to avoid, are reviewed for each Hormonal Quotient (HQ) profile. We also reveal the Hormonal Quotient (HQ) of leaders—from firms including Sofitel, Solvay, Philips, and L’Oréal—and explain how they used their talent to build a successful career.
