Abstract:
Abstract The most important part of the salary system for modern enterprises is the basic pay which is the foundation to fix the variable compensation and other relative elements. The basic pay reflects the value orientation of the enterprise and is the root to attract and retain the excellent people and to realize the strategy of the firm.
