Chapter Chapter 9 in Study on the Consensus Salary System for Modern Enterprises, 2013, pp 121-129 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The consensus salary institutions based on the model of the consensus pay and the concerning stipulations constitute the consensus salary system, which may be different with various types of enterprises, but the consensus pay model is commonly suitable for different enterprises, whether they are joint-stock ones or state-owned ones or private ones, etc. The enterprises with different nature seek for distinct strategic targets, for example, maximizing the profit for the private firms. As for the joint-stock enterprises, the profit is admittedly important, but it is not the only or most important aim for their decision-maker to seek for. In some degree, to be trusted by his stockholders is often his main pursuit.
