Abstract: Abstract In the spring 1987, Korhonen and Wallenius studied Moskowitz’s revision, his comments and suggestions, and some of the literature. Staying in close contact with each other, they undertook a revision of the paper that was printed as a working paper at the Helsinki School of Economics (Working Paper F-175, June, 1987).
