Chapter Chapter 33 in The Pilgrim’s Guide to the Workplace, 2022, pp 117-122 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Let’s start our pilgrimage by following one of the most significant signposts of all: the workplace should promote absurdity. Signpost 2 came out of the idea that our capability to be absurd gives us a competitive edge over logic-based algorithms in the future of work. Because of this, absurdity should be nurtured at the places where we work (Signpost 3).
