Abstract: Abstract This chapter presents the findings of the statistical analysis incorporated with descriptive statistics, correlations and multiple regression analysis. The variables are gender, age, education, experience, number of employees, PKM, leadership styles and organisational performance. Finally, we report the results from analysing our data and our research findings are discussed.
