Chapter Chapter 13 in Firing at Will, 2011, pp 159-167 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract As we’ve talked about in the past two chapters, discrimination cases are the weapon of choice for fired employees. But there are a couple of other types of claims that can really ruin an employer’s day. And firing an employee is exactly the sort of thing that can make these claims come to light.
