Give Performance Feedback Routinely

Tom Mochal and Jeff Mochal

Chapter Chapter 13 in Lessons in Project Management, 2011, pp 53-56 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The world is made up of people with various skills and talents. Often, people’s talents drive them to work in certain areas where they excel. In other cases, the individual talents and the jobs they perform are not aligned. Sometimes this lack of alignment can be overcome with hard work and motivation. Unfortunately, sometimes the gap can’t be overcome. These are the times when you have to deal with the individual as a performance problem.
