Chapter Chapter 31 in Lessons in Project Management, 2011, pp 131-134 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Sometimes it’s easy to look at a project and see risks. For instance, you may have a fixed deadline that will be hard to achieve. This is a risk that is easy to see because it’s generic. It’s not specific to your project. In fact, any project with a tight deadline will have some risk associated with the schedule. These types of generic risks are called inherent risks.
