Chapter Chapter 35 in Lessons in Project Management, 2011, pp 149-152 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Everyone has heard the old adage “Plan the work, and then work the plan.” It’s a clever phrase and it’s actually quite true. There is huge payback to the project if you first spend quality time defining the work and building a schedule. Defining the work ensures that you know what you are doing.
