Abstract:
Abstract Three major groups are collaborating on this project—the help desk, IT support team, and the manufacturing plant manager. All of them are interested in getting more facts about the problems coming out of the new plant and on the process that will help to resolve them in a timely manner. They are all frustrated because they don’t have a common set of perceptions. The IT support team and the help desk say they have increased their capabilities to help the plant when problems arise. The plant management and staff think they are not getting a timely enough response. So, they are all partnering now to come up with some facts to help make decisions.
