Chapter Chapter 10 in IMPROVING PROFIT, 2013, pp 69-74 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract After two days’ conducting workshops for 40 business clients of an accounting practice, I was ready to fly home, when John, one of the partners, said, “There’s one client I really wanted to come to attend the workshop. He needs it more than any of the others, but he refused on the grounds he was too flat-out.”
