Abstract A service industry provides services to aid its client companies in achieving their business objectives. An organization that intends to continue focusing on its core business processes while delegating noncore processes selects a service provider. The expectation in the business environment is that every organization should be innovative in its core business processes to achieve frontrunner status in its industry.
