Abstract: Abstract This chapter shares insights and challenges regarding a fun and interactive experiential tool—dance and movement—in cross-cultural management education with a focus on global leadership. It introduces an exercise, where leaders, followers, their connection, and the elements surrounding them in today’s highly turbulent environment are analyzed through movement and lessons from the kinesthetic experience on the dance floor.
